The EOT will hold a controlling stake in the company on behalf of its employees, which means that if you join our team, our business really is your business: literally.

Being 51% employee owned, this provides you with the following benefits:

- The opportunity to make suggestions on how to improve Domu Brands for both employees and customers
- We offer an annual profit related bonus payment of up to 5% of your salary (after 6 months service), and even better, it is tax free up to £3600 (per tax year).
We know that everyone needs a break to recharge and come back even better. That’s why we offer a generous holiday package to all our employees, which exceeds statutory holiday entitlement:
- Our holiday entitlement starts at 30 days, increasing to 35 after 4 years (inclusive of Bank holidays)
- You can also take advantage of our holiday buy/sell scheme
We know that no one wants to be ill, and that sometimes it just can’t be helped, and we want to support our employees whenever that may be the case.
That’s why we offer Company Sick Pay for employees who have been with us for more than 6 months.

You can contribute at least 5% of your annual salary (or more if you like!) and we will throw in a contribution of our own. You’ll find details of our contribution in your contract.
